Refund and Return Policy

At iPhone Supplier, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reason and under fair conditions.


Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Please do not return any products directly to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Gift cards or store credit vouchers
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., earbuds, used screen protectors)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Any product returned in a condition that is damaged, incomplete, or not due to our error

Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The item shows signs of obvious use
  • Items are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • CDs, DVDs, software, or other sealed media that have been opened
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. We will notify you via email that your return has been received.
  2. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t seen your refund yet? Try the following steps:

  • Double-check your bank or mobile wallet account.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider — it may take a few business days to process.
  • Still nothing? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for items bought on sale or during promotional campaigns.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] with your order details.

Please do not send your item back without confirmation from our team.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received and verified, a gift voucher will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the buyer for later gifting, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is approved, and we cover the cost, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for items over R1,000. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without tracking confirmation.
